Schedule a Free Consultation
You can request a free 15-minute phone consultation by either completing the Contact Form below or directly booking a time in my calendar via the Client Portal link. I typically respond within 48 hours.

See If We're a Good Fit
During our phone call, we will discuss what led to seeking therapy and the type of assistance you are looking for. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions and for me to share my approach, helping you decide whether to set up a first appointment.

Begin Your First Session
If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first appointment - either a virtual or in-person visit. You’ll complete intake forms online before we meet, so we can use our time to dive deeper into what led you to therapy and outline your treatment goals.

My office is located in a historic brick building in Santa Monica, one block from the Third Street Promenade and Palisades Park. The building sits across from the Fairmont Miramar and next to the Huntley Hotel.
Parking is available behind the building for $8 with validation. Additional options include nearby Santa Monica public parking structures and metered street parking.
