Good Fit
During our phone call, we will discuss what led to seeking therapy and the type of assistance you are looking for. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions and for me to share my approach, helping you decide whether to set up a first appointment.

Begin Your First Session
If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first appointment - either a virtual or in-person visit. You’ll complete intake forms online before we meet, so we can use our time to dive deeper into what led you to therapy and outline your treatment goals.
